Plans & limits
Every plan's limits in one place — and, just as important, exactly what happens when you reach each one. Short version: your links never stop redirecting because you had a good month.
The limits table
| Limit | Free | Starter | Pro | Agency | Business |

| Price / month | $0 | $5.60 | $9.99 | $29 | $149.99 |
| Links | 10 | 25 | 100 | 500 | Unlimited |
| Clicks / month | 1,500 | 10,000 | 25,000 | 150,000 | Unlimited |
| Custom domains | 1 | 2 | 5 | 50 | Unlimited |
| Data history | 7 days | 180 days | 1 year | 2 years | Unlimited |
| TrackAI messages / month | — | 30 | 100 | 600 | 6,000 |

Annual billing is available for all paid plans and saves up to 17%. Your links, clicks, and domains are one pool shared across your personal workspace and every organization you own — see Organizations.
What happens at the link limit
- Creating a new link is blocked — this covers all link types: regular links, pixels, and pinpoint links
- Every existing link keeps working and keeps collecting analytics
- Deleting links frees slots immediately — you can create again right away, no waiting
What happens at the click limit
On paid plans
- Nothing breaks: your links keep redirecting and analytics keep recording past the cap
- You get an email warning at 80% of the cap and another when you reach it
- If you regularly exceed your cap, the next tier is the honest fix
On the free plan
- Your links keep redirecting — your audience is never turned away at the cap
- Your dashboard shows an upgrade wall: at the cap, analytics access is paused until you upgrade or the month resets
- As an abuse safeguard, if traffic keeps flooding in far past the cap (4× the monthly limit), redirects stop until the reset. Normal use never gets near this
When the monthly counter resets
- Free plan: on the 1st of each calendar month
- Paid plans: on your billing-cycle day — the day of the month your subscription renews, not the 1st. Annual subscribers still get their monthly quota refreshed every month
Unused clicks don't roll over. Your current usage is always visible on the dashboard usage card.
Data history (how far back you can look)
- The history limit is a viewing window, not a deletion schedule: on the free plan you see the last 7 days of clicks; older data is out of view
- Upgrading extends the window and your older data comes back into view — up to the new plan's range
What happens at the domain limit
- Adding another custom domain is blocked until you upgrade or remove one
- Connected domains keep resolving and serving your links
The free-plan redirect notice
Here's the honest trade of the free plan: clicks on free-plan links show a small branded page for about 2 seconds before reaching the destination. It names the destination, offers a Continue now button that skips the wait, and then forwards automatically. The click is counted either way.
- All paid plans redirect instantly — a standard 302 with no interstitial. So does the 7-day trial
- The notice never runs twice — the button links straight to the destination, so no double-counted clicks
- If a clean, instant redirect matters for your use case (ads, deep links, picky platforms), that's the main practical reason to go paid
The 7-day trial
- New accounts start with 7 days of Pro — full Pro limits, instant redirects, TrackAI included
- When it ends, nothing is deleted: your account moves to free-plan limits, links keep redirecting, and anything over the free caps is kept but locked for management until you upgrade
Downgrades in general
Moving to a smaller plan never destroys data:
- Links over the new cap keep redirecting; you manage the ones within the cap
- Analytics older than the new history window go out of view, not away
- Organizations and members over the new caps are frozen or suspended, not deleted — upgrading restores them (details)
FAQ
Do pixel hits count as clicks?
Yes — pixel hits and link clicks draw from the same monthly quota, and pixels count toward the link limit.
Do bot clicks eat my quota?
No. Known bots and crawlers are filtered before recording, and scanner-like traffic patterns are excluded from your usage count.
Where do I see my current usage?
The dashboard shows a usage card with links, clicks, and domains against your plan's limits, plus the reset date.
Which limits apply inside an organization?
The org owner's. Everything created in an org counts against the owner's pool, regardless of which member created it.
How do I upgrade or change plans?
Settings → Billing, from your personal workspace. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe.
