By accessing or using Track Link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Track Link provides link tracking and analytics services. We offer both free and paid tiers with different usage limits and features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Track Link is a general-purpose link tracking service, and we rely on our users to help keep it safe. The following Acceptable Use Policy applies to every link you create, every destination you track, and every account you operate.

4.1 Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use Track Link to create, shorten, track, or distribute links that point to, contain, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

• Phishing, social engineering, or fraudulent content designed to steal credentials, payment details, or personal information
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, cryptominers, or any other malicious software distribution
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, deceptive marketing, or traffic laundering
• Illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism, incitement to violence, or content that endangers minors
• Copyright or trademark infringement, or unauthorized distribution of protected content
• Impersonation of individuals, brands, organizations, or government entities
• Adult or sexually explicit content without proper warnings, legal compliance, and age verification
• Content that violates any applicable laws in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where Track Link operates
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
• Cryptocurrency scams, investment fraud, pump-and-dump schemes, fake giveaways, or other financial scams
• Links to malicious websites, scam sites, or confirmed phishing pages, whether operated by you or by a third party

4.2 Our Enforcement Rights

• We reserve the right to monitor links for abuse using both automated systems and manual review
• We may disable any link found to violate these terms, with or without prior notice
• Disabled links will display a branded notice page to visitors in place of the original destination
• Users will be notified of disabled links and given 5 days to delete them from their account
• Failure to delete disabled links within 5 days may result in account suspension
• Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination
• Severe violations (for example, active phishing or malware distribution) may result in immediate account termination without warning
• We may cooperate with law enforcement and report serious violations to relevant authorities and safety partners such as Google Safe Browsing
• No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms of Service

4.3 User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the destination URLs you track through Track Link
• You must ensure that destination content complies with these terms at all times, including after the link is created
• You should regularly audit your tracked links to confirm they remain compliant and that destinations have not been altered, hijacked, or repurposed
• If you discover that any of your links are being abused (for example, the destination site has been hacked or taken over), you must notify us immediately at [email protected]

5. Usage Limits

Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits including the number of links and monthly click tracking. Exceeding these limits may result in reduced functionality until limits reset or you upgrade to a paid plan.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Track Link is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Track Link is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
