Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 10 tracked links, 1,500 clicks per month, 1 custom domain, 3 saved QR codes, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and read access to the REST API. No credit card is required to start, and you can upgrade later if you outgrow the limits.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock the new limits right away. If you downgrade, your existing links keep working — only your plan limits and feature access adjust to the new tier.
A click is a single visit to one of your tracked links that triggers a redirect to the destination. Each plan includes a monthly click allowance (1,500 on Free, 10,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Pro, 150,000 on Agency, Unlimited on Business). The counter resets at the start of each billing month.
Yes. Paying annually saves you roughly two months compared to monthly billing. Starter is $56/year instead of $67.20, Pro is $99/year instead of $119.88, Agency is $490/year instead of $588, Business is $1,500/year instead of $1,799.88. You can switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you like.
Paid plans are billed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Annual and monthly billing are both available for every paid tier.
If something is not working out, reach out within a reasonable window of your payment and we will work with you on a refund. You can also cancel at any time — when you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Nothing breaks. Your existing tracked links keep redirecting visitors to their destinations even if you exceed your monthly click allowance — you simply will not see new click analytics recorded beyond the limit until your billing month resets or you upgrade. Link and domain limits prevent creating new ones until you upgrade.
Yes. Each plan covers a single account, including every workspace and team seat that comes with the tier. Workspaces and seats are two separate limits: a workspace is a client or brand space with its own links and domains, and seats are the people inside one. Pro includes 5 workspaces with up to 5 members each, Agency includes 15 workspaces with up to 10 members each, and Business is unlimited on both — so a whole team can collaborate under one subscription.
